When there is no fully executed purchase agreement ... - Zillow Real ...

Seems you are confusing two issues: an executABLE contract (not executed, unless you murdered it) and legally required disclosures.

1. you?absolutely?can have an executable contract without?disclosures. In fact, the disclosures are often provided after the contract.?

2. if your contract or state law?requires?disclosures, and you aren't given them, then the seller is in breach of contract. That in and of itself doesn't end a contract either, the procedure would be to notify the seller of the breach, and give them the chance to cure it. in AZ I would sent them a notice of breach and three day cure period, but state procedures will vary on this. The, if they still fail, you would have grounds to cancel the contract.?
